The engineering job on the same edge is what a PE actually does: build a model, refuse an illegal calculation, pick the record that can prove the claim, split two mechanisms, name what a design spends, and decide when the field data is incomplete. Same Skeleton still names where the analogy breaks. Finishing a page does not count.
